Hello Everyone!
Today I´m going
to talk about one of the most important twentieth century psychologist: he
is John Bowlby.
John Bowlby dedicated the most part
of his life to work with orphan kids living in institutions after the Second
World War. A high point of Bowlby’s career was the theory about
the importance of relationship between a child and their mother in the human
development.
He said that
the children’s needs from the very first day the love of the mother, or at least
one principal person who cares of it. Not only care about the basical needs,
also he studied a lot about the love needs baby’s and the importance to the
future as human beings, and healthy teenagers.
I think John
Bowlby s ´theory is very important because he make a huge contribution to mental
health child.
Also, after
John Bowlby´s discovery’s came a lot of psychologists who made different
investigations about John Bowlby´s theory
called “Attachment Theory”
I just hope I
can have the opportunity to know more about this great child psychologist
because I am very interest in than field.
